At Hometown Medical Supplies, we work with a variety of insurance providers to make the process as smooth as possible, but coverage is not guaranteed.

Every insurance plan is different, but most will require that you get an order from your Dr. There needs to be documentation to justify the need for the equipment. This means that while your insurance may cover items like mobility scooters or hospital beds, it’s essential to follow the proper steps and understand that not every request will be approved by your insurance.
